Maito is a great restaurant that offers a very nice atmosphere, with a  simple but fancy looking decoration, and most importantly, delicious food and excellent customer service.

Maito offers fusion cuisine based in local dishes. This is what the Cheft calls Panamanian cooking in constant evolution. Their food is meant to be inspired in the Panama Canal using different techniques, influences, origins and flavors with the Panamanian twist.

The restaurant supports the local producers by buying all their food from local agriculturers and fishermen. They also used their own organic farm to get the freshest products available.
