Tantalo restaurants rely on Panamanian-international fusion dishes to share, with a Tantalus-style culinary twist. They have a fun and quality food and beverage program under the supervision of chef Pierre De Janon who with this mix achieves the perfect conjunction between international and local Panamanian pride.

In Tantalo they hold 4 important parties a year, where they are completely transformed so that hotel guests live a totally immersive experience, surrounded by music, performances, and decoration as well as at the same time everyone brings out their most creative side showing off their best outfits that complement party themes.
